CANCELLATION POLICY
Your time is valuable—and so is mine. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that emergencies happen. A 40% fee may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows to help protect my schedule. One-off emergencies or unexpected situations are always treated with compassion and understanding.
